I recently visited a friend who lives in the building, and I just wanted to leave a quick note of appreciation for the manager Kim. She was kind, welcoming and super helpful. I can tell she cares about the residents there- something that stood out to me. Strongly considering moving here once my lease is up

This is a great location close to delicious restaurants and live entertainment. The management is top tier! I appreciate Kim’s daily hard work, she does for us all to make this a great safe community to live in.

If you’re looking for a convenient and affordable place right outside of downtown Saint Paul look no further. One of the best places I’ve lived since moving to Minnesota from Texas. Walking distance to all your favorite places on w 7th. Very clean, beautiful units with amazing views of downtown. Walking out every morning to head to work I’m always greeted by the maintenance team. It’s become a part of my morning routine. The genuineness these workers display is rare. Example: I was stuck in the snow and the ice this past winter. They immediately came out to help me successfully get out so I could get to work on time. You don’t see this anywhere. The new management team is amazing too! Matt and Chance not only run this place diligently and attentively, but also make a point to remember everyone’s name by building a lasting relationship. Not to mention the very current music playing in the lobby and outside the building that creates an atmosphere that is inviting!

I love this building!! The property manager and staff are all so nice! My apartment is so cozy and modern. The building is safe and secure and in a great location to get out and meet new people. The staff also host events for tenants so we can get to know people in our building.

I’ve been living in this building since it opened, and I can confidently say that the current management is by far the best we’ve had. Every issue I’ve reported has been resolved as quickly as possible. The effort that our property manager, Kim, puts into creating events to bring residents together is truly remarkable.

Hello I’m a current resident and have only had pure and simply fair exchange with the leasing …. In my past leasing offices were rude and unhelpful soon and fairly it brought me here to alvera.. I must say I have been relieved of dealing with that type of office moving here not one issue. I had my things at first about the building but I soon started to see life being poured over time into amenities, new security, installations you name it ..Honestly it’s good to be on a property that like most could improve but you actually know they actually do give the room and effort and standard for the property along with it’s everyday residents. Of course no property is perfect but this one is the closest I’ve ever got. I leave my regards for Kimberly and the Saturday property crew for welcoming me with patient and gracious efforts to build my life and a home thank you alvera for all you try and successfully do.

Kim A is truly amazing. She is always available for questions and finding solutions and does it in a very timely manner. She does an amazing job at organizing events for our community in the apartments as well that I’ve seen lots of turnout too overall, she makes the experience living there very easy and stress-free

I understand there are issues. Every place has some. Other apartments likely face problems too. What I truly value and appreciate about Kim’s work is her commitment to resolving them quickly. She keeps us residents informed, consistently sending updates by email about what’s happening. That level of communication makes living here, and paying for this apartment, feel worthwhile.

I have been a resident with Saturday Properties at both The Commission House and Alvera Apartments. My experience at both locations has been excellent. Kim the property manager is very kind and does an amazing job bringing the community together and problem solving our needs as tenants. I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance staff and cleaners for keeping our community spaces functional, clean and presentable! I’m very thankful for this amazing team and the service they provide every day!
